Night Skiing is an absolute “must do” while in Queenstown.
Operating for over twenty years, it’s a true favourite with locals and visitors alike, providing a unique evening’s entertainment and a memorable snow experience. The M1, Shirtfront, Big Easy trails and a Magic Carpet are fully flood-lit from top to bottom, catering to every level of ability. Ski or board under the floodlights with the stars sparkling above and the lights of Queenstown below - it’s simply magical!
The restaurant and bar are open until 9pm serving a fantastic range of hot meals as well as a warming glass of mulled wine or hot chocolate.
Live entertainment frequently plays on the deck adding to the atmosphere. Private lessons* are also available during Night Skiing.
Open Friday and Saturday nights from early July until mid September, weather/snow conditions permitting.
Saturday Nights - Family Night!
Its all about families and fun at Coronet Peak, so we've decided to make Saturday nights, Family Night. Bring mum, dad, kids, grandparents, friends and anyone else you want to spend the night with, and have dinner and some skiing or riding under the stars. There will be lots of fun to be had and .... KIDS EAT FREE!
That's right, with each adult purchasing a main meal, two kids (aged 12 years and under) can eat free from the kids menu.

- or you can top up your card at one of our on-mountain recharge kiosks

Children aged six and under receive FREE day lift passes at Coronet Peak.
Youth rates where available apply to those aged seven to 17 years inclusive. Proof of age may be required.
Senior rates where available apply to those aged 65 to 74 years inclusive. Proof of age may be required.
Super Seniors aged 75 years and over receive FREE day lift passes at Coronet Peak every day of the season.
Adult rates where available apply to those who fall outside the above definitions, i.e. aged between 18 and 64 years inclusive.
