GROUP LESSONS 2010
Whether you’re new to skiing or snowboarding or an expert looking to work on improving your technique, you can be sure we have a training programme that’s made for you. Get the tips, pointers and skills to progress to the next level in a fun and safe environment either in a group or in a private lesson.
GROUP LESSONS (Workshops) |
Get yourself to the next level and learn to ski or ride more of the mountain with confidence. Group lessons provide 1 hour 50 minute tuition in groups of similar ability. Group lessons are also available to youth aged 16 – 17 years (for kids lessons see Children's Programmes).
Lesson meeting times: 10:20 am or 1:50 pm at the marked meeting areas on the mountain.
Purchase from: On-mountain Guest Services, Snowsports School sales desks, the Snow Centres or via our online store.
AFTERNOON UPGRADE
If after you have had your group lesson in the morning you decide that you would like another one in the afternoon, the afternoon lesson will cost only an upgrade fee, and its great value. Ask at the Snowsports School sales desk.

Burton Freestyle Learn to Ride Sessions - Pipe/Park/Rail |
| Exclusively at The Remarks these Burton Freestyle LTR Sessions are designed for those who want to develop and improve their riding technique through the halfpipe and on terrain park features. Individual feedback is provided in a positive learning environment. |

Terms and Conditions Relating to Coaching or Instructing at Coronet Peak, Mt Hutt & The Remarkables Ski Areas
Regardless of whether there is a fee involved or not, a person cannot:
- Coach, instruct or demonstrate any snowsports activity (including but not limited to skiing & snowboard) to another person or persons within the licensed area of Coronet Peak, Mt Hutt and The Remarkables Ski Areas. Approval is at the discretion of Ski Area Management.
- Take video footage for instruction or coaching purposes within the licensed area of Coronet Peak, Mt Hutt and The Remarkables.
Exceptions are made if you are teaching direct family members and you are not a qualified instructor (e.g. father and son).
